Shipping information

All of our products include free shipping within the contiguous United States.

All Mattress Toppers, Pillows and Mattresses (with the exception of King Size Mattresses) ship out within 1 business day.  Orders of these products received by 4PM CST will ship out the same day (Monday - Friday).  King Size Mattresses and Organic Cotton Covers (4" - 12") require 1 additional business day for shipping.   The vast majority of our products are shipped through FedEx. We occasionally ship through UPS, USPS, or Freight if needed. We don’t require a signature for delivery, but we can do so upon request. Please feel free to inquire with us about estimated shipping time of specific items before ordering. We will do our best to accommodate specific shipping requests. You will receive an e-mail with the shipment tracking number when a label has been created for your shipment.

We also ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. We may be able to ship to other countries upon request. We will not be responsible for the cost of any taxes, duties, customs charges etc. when shipping to a foreign country (including Canada). Our shipping charge covers only the cost of shipping the item.

If requested, we can expedite the shipping of an item. The expedited shipping costs will depend on the item itself, so please contact us and we can give detailed information depending on your situation!

Many of our items are vacuum packed or roll packed. If this is the case, your item will be enclosed in a thick plastic wrap and placed in a box. Take care when cutting open the plastic as to not damage your item.

We ship some of our King Size 9” Medium and all of our King Size 9" Firm mattresses through a residential freight service. In this case, the freight service will contact you one or two days before the item is delivered to coordinate delivery. These mattresses are estimated to be delivered within 10 business days of the order date.

When we do ship with UPS, we use UPS Carbon Neutral Shipping to minimize the environmental impact.

Free Returns for all products!
We provide a full money back guarantee on all products purchased through All Mattresses can be returned for a full refund within 100 days of receipt.  All other products can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. We will provide either a free return shipping label or free pickup of the item (depends on item, see details below). We will not deduct any return shipping charges or restocking fees from the refund. Any additional shipping costs for international shipping, shipping to Hawaii or Alaska, or expedited shipping will not be refunded or credited towards an exchange. Any additional charges for custom sized items will not be refunded or credited towards an exchange. Only one item per customer can be returned or exchanged in a 12-month period.

Mattress Toppers and Pillows
All mattress toppers and pillows can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receipt.  We will provide a paid Fedex shipping label to send the item back for a refund or exchange. Because we compress our toppers when they are packaged, we will send out a larger box for return packaging at no additional charge, if needed. The refund will be initiated once the item is shipped back to us.

All returns must be sent to Sleep on Latex using the paid Fedex return shipping label we provide.

All Mattresses can be returned for a full refund within 100 days of receipt.  We will arrange to have mattresses and mattress cores picked up for free. The refund or exchange will be processed once the item has been picked up. We ask for your cooperation in ensuring the item is available for pick up.

Wrong Items
